Please arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax before your spa experience.
To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. Please present all Gift Cards and promotional coupons at check-in. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged in full, but we will do our best to accommodate your entire service.
It is customary to provide your therapist, esthetician or stylist a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. Gratuities in cash are preferred.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of each service. You must speak to a live operator in order to cancel and spa appointment(s), and you will receive a cancellation number for your reference. If you cannot provide us with a cancellation number, your credit card will be subject to full charge of your appointment(s). Treatment times & prices are subject to change without notification.
Pregnancy Safety Policy
Please note, no body treatments (massage or hydrotherapy) can be received during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Manicures and pedicures are available, but please inform your therapist ahead of time. Be sure to inform your therapist if you are using Retin A, accutane, or have had laser surgery.
