Redwine's Spalon has created a series of classes to help you increase muscle strength, bone density, flexibility, balance, awareness and concentration. These classes are fun and provide a sense of calm and well being.
Yoga Classes
Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, Yoga will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. Our Yoga classes borrow from our instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.
Pole Fitness Classes
Pole Fitness is a fun and effective alternative fitness technique. It doesn’t matter what size you are, how old you are, how much you weigh or how tall you are…there is something for everyone.
Flexibility Classes
Our Flexibility classes focus on increasing a balance of strength, flexibility and grace which trains the body and mind through the use of flowing movement and breath.
